Photericin B

Amphotericin B is prescribed to patients with potentially fatal and advanced fungal infections. It should not be used to treat non-invasive fungal infections such as thrush, vaginal candidiasis and esophageal candidiasis in patients with normal neutrophil counts.

Photericin B specifically for the treatment of potentially fatal and dangerous fungal infections such as: Aspergillosis, cryptococcosis, blastomycosis, North America, systemic candidiasis, coccidioidomycosis, histoplasmosis, zygomycosis, and infections caused by conidioblos, bacidiobulosis, and sporotrichosis are prescribed.
